/ On the job

Training that continues after you’re hired

Because we train the guards we deploy, learning doesn’t stop at the classroom door.

Daily dynamic briefing

At check-in, each guard gets that day’s post orders and reminders: area incidents, building events, move-ins, contractor access, weather.

Early warning

When something happens in the area, our guards hear about it first and are ready before it reaches your door.

First Aid and CPR on duty

Guards earn certifications such as First Aid and CPR as they work—so they can deter bad actors and respond to emergencies.

Your hours on the record

Shift and patrol check-ins are verified in our monitoring software. Your work is proven—and so is your pay.
