For sites that already have CCTV or an NVR (network video recorder). It works with your existing cameras, so nothing has to be replaced. Our software watches the camera feeds around the clock. You decide what matters in each zone: the parking garage after hours, the roof, the loading dock, stairwells. When an alert fires, a responder pulls the footage right away and goes to the scene.

Our office at 1882 Jane Street is in the Weston community we come from. We already serve managed residential buildings on Weston Road. Our people trained first in harder environments, such as casinos, and are experienced with homelessness and vulnerable-person situations, which we handle firmly, calmly and respectfully. Keeping a condo safe comes easily after that, and in a well-kept community we never get complacent. Only people who have lived real security make good security providers. A uniform at a desk is not the same thing.

Straight answers
Do I need to buy new cameras?
No. Premium monitoring connects to the CCTV or NVR you already have. If your building has no cameras, the Standard layer (verified shifts and briefings) still applies to every post.
What does “verified shift” mean in practice?
Shift start and end are confirmed in our monitoring software, and each patrol check-in is logged with a time stamp. Each day the system checks the schedule against the log. A missed check-in is flagged the same day and you can see the record.
Who gets the alerts?
Our area responders. When a zone alert fires, a responder reviews the footage right away and attends the scene. We notify your designated contacts according to your post orders.
Does the AI call 911 on its own?
No. The automatic call is an optional feature we are adding, and it only goes out after a human responder has confirmed the incident the AI detected.
What about privacy?
The software watches your existing cameras for the zones and hours you choose. Footage stays within your system and ours, is used only to respond to and document incidents, and is handled under your building’s retention policy.
Is the technology extra?
Verified shifts and daily briefings are standard on every contract. AI camera monitoring is a Premium add-on for sites with cameras. Ask us for a quote for your property.
